When offering software development services they are subject to annual and monthly maintenance fees as described below. The annual and monthly maintenance fees are updated on yearly basis with the official inflation rates for the Republic of Bulgaria.
1. The annual maintenance fee is a percentage based on the fee for software development. New software development based on changes in the legislative system of the country or implementations imposed by the Bulgarian National Bank, as well as new versions, new editions and error debugging of the software are included into the yearly maintenance fee for the respective application and do not involve any additional payment.
2. The monthly maintenance fee is subject to additional Agreement signed with the Client – the so called Service Level Agreement (SLA). The price for monthly support is determined by this SLA.
According to this Service Level Agreement, Global Consulting will:
- Guarantee the continuous and precise performance of the software application functionalities;
- Guarantee resolving problems related to the software applications;
- Provide HELP DESK for the Client’s needs;
- Provide initial user documentation for the product that will be updated in case of system changes.
