As of June 13th the new version GC Clouds Helpdesk system is available to our customers at the following addresses:
https://hdesk.gcclouds.com and https://app.gcclouds.com/globalbg
All current users can access the system with their existing credentials.
GC Clouds Helpdesk 2024 is a new application with a contemporary user interface and improved log in security features. It enables all functionalities related to ticket and request management – creation, search, reporting and notifications.
The data for currently existing tickets has been migrated and is available in the new system.
